Bustard Chrysler offers safe & comprehensive service for not only Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & RAM vehicles, but also vehicles of all makes & models with technicians experienced with virtually every vehicle on our roads! Our qualified technicians provide exceptional service in a timely manner & offer a complimentary visual multi-point inspection with every service. Whether you’re looking for a quick oil change, seasonal tire changeover, or require an engine/transmission replacement, our service department will treat your vehicle like one of our own. We offer contactless service, plus valet & shuttle service, & promise to do everything we can to ensure your safety - including sanitizing your vehicle pre- and post-service, and wearing PPE! Bustard Chrysler's service department will be closed Saturdays during the winter months. Stay tuned for updates, as we will open for Saturday service beginning late Spring 2021.

WE ARE TAKING A LONG LIST OF PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOU AND OUR EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING OPERATING BY APPOINTMENT-ONLY TO MINIMIZE TRAFFIC, ENFORCING SOCIAL DISTANCING THROUGH FLOOR MARKS AND PLEXIGLAS, AND REGULARLY CLEANING OUR FACILITIES. ALL FRONTLINE SERVICE STAFF WEAR FACE COVERINGS OR MASKS IN ALL CUSTOMER-FACING AREAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGIONAL OF WATERLOO FACE COVERING BY-LAW. WE OFFER CONTACTLESS SERVICE, AS WELL AS A SAFE & SECURE COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE, CONCIERGE PICKUP AND DELIVERY (RESTRICTIONS APPLY), AND ALL VEHICLES ARE SANITIZED ON DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP.

Contactless Service Drop-Off
Bustard Chrysler's Service Drive Thru is currently closed to all vehicles, however we offer several Contactless Service Drop Off options listed below.
We offer two Contactless Service Drop-Off options:
1) Drop your keys in the lockbox outside our Service Drive Thru; or
2) Enter our Service Drive Thru and drop your keys in the envelope provided. Our Advisors will contact you when your service is complete & your vehicle is ready for pickup.
Please note, you will be required to wear a mask or face covering should you choose to enter our Service Drive Thru to drop off your keys, in accordance with the Regional Face Covering By-Law. Your vehicle will be sanitized on drop-off, and prior to pickup, to ensure the safety of you and our employees!
Our service waiting area is open to one pre-booked customer at a time in order to promote social distancing, and masks are required in order to take advantage of this amenity. We do apologize, however all customers without a scheduled wait time will be required to exit the building after dropping off your vehicle. You are welcome to request a shuttle or conceierge service in the event you require transportation back to home or work for the duration of your appointment.
Bustard Chrysler is pleased to offer a safe and secure shuttle service for your convenience. After you drop off your vehicle here at Bustard Chrysler, a member of our shuttle driver team will bring you back home, or to work, and pick you up again once your vehicle is complete. Our lovely drivers are wearing PPE, and we have a barrier in place between our driver and customers, in support of physical distancing rules. We do require that all customers using the shuttle service bring a mask or face covering to wear in our shuttle and would be pleased to provide a disposable mask if necessary. Only one person is permitted in the shuttle at a time (or two from the same household), and trips will be spaced accordingly so that we can properly sanitize in between customers and keep you, and our employees, safe! Our Advisors will be in touch with you throughout the process. Please note this service is limited and we cannot guarantee availability on a specific date or time. Concierge Pickup & Drop-Off
A member of our concierge team will pick up your vehicle from your home and drop it off once complete. Our Advisors will be in touch with you throughout the process. Please note this service is limited and we cannot guarantee availability on a specific date, nor can we guarantee the return of your vehicle immediately following the completed service.
