BUSTARD CHRYSLER IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS OPEN MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. WE ARE TAKING A LONG LIST OF PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOU AND OUR EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING OPERATING BY APPOINTMENT-ONLY TO MINIMIZE TRAFFIC, ENFORCING SOCIAL DISTANCING THROUGH FLOOR MARKS AND PLEXIGLAS, AND REGULARLY CLEANING OUR FACILITIES. ALL FRONTLINE SERVICE STAFF WEAR FACE COVERINGS OR MASKS IN ALL CUSTOMER-FACING AREAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGIONAL OF WATERLOO FACE COVERING BY-LAW. WE OFFER CONTACTLESS SERVICE, AS WELL AS CONCIERGE PICKUP AND DELIVERY (LIMITED AVAILABILITY), AND ALL VEHICLES ARE SANITIZED ON DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP.
Booking Your Safe Service Appointment
Visit our convenient Online Service Booking Tool, call us at (519) 884-9570, or email us at email@example.com to book your appointment. Appointments are not required, however we strongly advise booking ahead of time as shop volume varies.
Contactless Service Drop-Off
We are pleased to announce that our Service Drive Thru is open once again, to protect you from inclement weather. If you have a service appointment and wish to use the Drive Thru, please drive up to one of the garage doors and your Service Advisor will open the doors to let your vehicle in. Please be aware that only two vehicles are permitted to enter our Service Drive Thru at any given time. If space is not available, you are welcome to wait for a vehicle to clear the Drive Thru, or use one of our Contactless Service Drop Off Options below.
We offer two Contactless Service Drop-Off options:
1) Drop your keys in the lockbox outside our Service Drive Thru; or
2) Enter our Service Drive Thru and drop your keys in the envelope provided. Our Advisors will contact you when your service is complete & your vehicle is ready for pickup.
Please note, you will be required to wear a mask or face covering should you choose to enter our Service Drive Thru to drop off your keys, in accordance with the Regional Face Covering By-Law. Your vehicle will be sanitized on drop-off, and prior to pickup, to ensure the safety of you and our employees!
Only a limited number of "waiter" appointments will be available as our waiting area capacity is currently limited to TWO people in support of social distancing. We do apologize, however all other customers will be required to exit the building after dropping off your vehicle, if you do not have a waiting area reservation. You are welcome to request a shuttle or conceierge service in the event you require transportation back to home or work for the duration of your appointment.
We are excited to announce the return of our shuttle service! After you drop off your vehicle here at Bustard Chrysler, a member of our shuttle driver team will bring you back home, or to work, and pick you up again once your vehicle is complete. Our lovely drivers are wearing PPE, and we have a barrier in place between our driver and customers, in support of physical distancing rules. We do request that all customers to bring a mask or face covering to wear in our shuttle and would be pleased to provide a disposable mask if necessary. Only one person is permitted in the shuttle at a time, and trips will be spaced accordingly so that we can properly sanitize in between customers and keep you, and our employees, safe! Our Advisors will be in touch with you throughout the process. Please note this service is limited and we cannot guarantee availability on a specific date or time. Concierge Pickup & Drop-Off
A member of our concierge team will pick up your vehicle from your home and drop it off once complete. Our Advisors will be in touch with you throughout the process. Please note this service is limited and we cannot guarantee availability on a specific date, nor can we guarantee the return of your vehicle immediately following the completed service.
