2021 Jeep Gladiator - Now Available

Unique, stylish, and always off-road ready, the 2021 Jeep Gladiator is a mid-size pickup truck that offers versatility and capability on-pair with the ever-popular Jeep Wrangler.

It has been a few decades since Jeep offered a model with a cargo bed, but the 2021 Jeep Gladiator mid-size pickup truck is the perfect vehicle for those wanting an off-road-ready truck that can still perform exceptionally on the highway.

New Features

The most important new feature of the 2021 Jeep Gladiator is the addition of a 3.0-litre EcoDiesel V6 engine. Providing exceptional horsepower (260 hp) and a ton of torque (442 lb-ft), this engine even improves fuel economy to 9.8 L/100km combined.

The Gladiator also received off-roading additions for the 2021 model, including the availability of full-time four-wheel-drive on all models, a forward-facing Trailcam, and LED headlamps and foglamps. These improvements make the Gladiator even more capable to tackle any type of terrain.

Design

The 2021 Jeep Gladiator really does have a one-of-a-kind look, both inside and out. Inside, passengers can prepare for adventure in both comfort and style with plenty of room to stretch out compared to the often-cramped quarters of the Gladiator's Wrangler cousin.

Drivers can enjoy an open-air ride and larger-than-life adventure thanks to the Gladiator's ability to remove the doors, roof, and windshield.

Performance

The 2021 Jeep Gladiator provides plenty of performance with its engine options. The standard 3.6-litre Pentastar VVT V6 offers 285 horsepower, 260 lb-ft of torque, 2,041 kg of max towing, and 12.6 L/100km combined fuel economy.

The new 3.0-litre EcoDiesel V6 engine features stop/start technology, 2,948 kg of towing capability, 260 horsepower, and 442 lb-ft of torque for those who need more performance out of the Gladiator.

Infotainment

The 2021 Jeep Gladiator offers great connectivity with the available Uconnect 4 or Uconnect 4C NAV multimedia systems. All Gladiator models feature a touchscreen, but only the larger 7.0- and 8.4-inch displays feature Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, as well as Bluetooth and SiriusXM radio.

Safety

While Jeep offers driver-assist technology, the standard features on the lower models of the 2021 Gladiator are almost nonexistent. However, there are many available technologies, including adaptive cruise control with forward-collision warning, blind-spot monitoring, and rear parking sensors for those willing to pay a bit extra.
