The interior's sun mirrors feature LED illumination. It’s ideal for checking your hair or makeup at night before exiting the vehicle.
Exterior Design and Functionality
The exterior is available in a wide selection of colours across the trims. Some options are Baltic Grey metallic, Velvet Red Pearl, and Diamond Black Crystal Pearl. While there are other colours, none of them are as bright and contrasting as some of Jeep's other well-known ones.
The base trim features a stunning set of 17-inch Fine Silver aluminum wheels equipped with all-season tires to provide traction in almost any weather. Depending on the trim, wheel size increases, which adds more traction and stability while driving. Additionally, Automatic LED reflector headlamps and LED daytime running lamps help you see during the night or in dark areas.
The exterior also features a lot of detailing. Standard options include chrome accents and body-coloured door handles. The mirrors are gloss black, while the roof racks are mould-in-colour black.
Technology and Connectivity Features
The SUV is packed full of technology, with the focal point being the 10.25-inch full-colour frameless digital gauge cluster. Plus, an 8.4-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5 multimedia centre is standard. This multimedia centre offers plenty of uses, including hands-free connectivity using Bluetooth. Additionally, the system features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
There are six speakers through which you can play audio within the SUV. The cabin also features a media hub with two USB ports, an audio input jack, and two 12-volt auxiliary outlets.
Power, Performance, and Fuel
There are two engines available for the SUV. The standard 3.6-litre Pentastar VVT V6 delivers 293 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Plus, this engine can tow up to 6,200 lbs of weight. This gives you a fair amount of power regardless of your activity.
The optional 5.7-litre V8 engine delivers an astonishing 357 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. Plus, this engine has a higher towing capacity of up to 7,200 lb. So, this gives you more options, whether you're towing a car or helping another vehicle.
The Quadra-Drive II full-time 4x4 system delivers excellent capability in all weather conditions: wet, dry, and anything in between. The system can transfer all of the engine's torque to a single rear wheel, helping you get out of sticky situations.
Safety and Assistance Tools
The SUV has plenty of safety and assistance features, including Advanced Brake Assist. The Blind-Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross-Path Detection help you avoid any vehicles or hazards in your hard-to-see areas, including anyone passing by directly behind your SUV. Electronic Stability Control paired with Wheel Traction Control helps keep you in control on the roads, even in unfavourable conditions.
