Bustard Chrysler is looking for a productive and highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our award winning service team. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Automotive Technician will be responsible for assisting our valued customers with servicing their car at Bustard Chrysler as well as completing vehicle repairs. This role will allow you to grow and succeed with one of the top Chrysler dealerships in the area.
This position will serve as the front line for Bustard Chrysler’s Service Department. You will work with the service manager, fellow service advisors, and vehicle technicians to ensure repairs are completed in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities
- Completing vehicle services
- Performing diagnosis on vehicle operating systems
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Staying current with technical bulletin updates and evolving product knowledge
- Becoming a Chrysler product expert
- Assessing vehicle condition and making the appropriate repair recommendations
- Completing safety and DOT certificates and reconditioning for internal used vehicle inventory
Qualifications
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current 310S trade certification and ODP
- Chrysler experience preferred
- Team player with a strong work ethic and drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb multi-tasker
